JUDICIAL

Currently serves as "Visiting Judge" in the Justice Courts of Travis County. 

Served as Justice Court Judge, Precinct two, Travis County, Texas for two terms

Presided over criminal and civil cases within the jurisdiction of the Justice Court

Had primary jurisdiction over Forcible Entry and Detainer cases

Presided over felony criminal examining trials to determine whether sufficient cause existed to “bind the defendant over to the Grand Jury” for indictment

Performed the function of “County Coroner”

Successfully lobbied for a Constitutional Amendment to increase the jurisdictional limits of Justice Courts

Implemented new programs in the areas of domestic violence, child truancy, driver safety, and Court procedures

Served on the Board of Directors of the Austin Mental Health Association and on
Advisory Committees of MADD and the Battered Women’s Center

At the conclusion of his second term, Judge Webb elected to return to private practice

Extensive representation of alcoholic beverage permittees and licensees before the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, including:
